2nd Networking Conference of the Diverse Roots, Inclusive Society Initiative
JCIE held its second networking Conference as a part of the Supporting Youths of Diverse Roots and an Inclusive Society Program. Participants shared the positive results of their work, evaluated the impact of COVID-19, and though about how to demonstrate the collective impact of Supporting Youths of Diverse Roots and an Inclusive Society.
1st General Meeting for the Humanitarian Aid to Marginalized Immigrants (HAMIS) Project
The first General Meeting of the Humanitarian Aid for Marginalized Immigrants (HAMIS) took place, a project launched by JCIE in partnership with the Japan Platform (JPF) to provide grants utilizing funds held in dormant bank accounts in Japan. Eight chosen organizations met to exchange information and to promote cooperation and collaboration in their work to support foreign residents living in Japan.

Lunchtime Webinars for the Supporting Youths of Diverse Roots and an Inclusive Society Initiative
JCIE conducted a series of lunchtime webinars as a part of the Supporting Youths of Diverse Roots and an Inclusive Society Program with the aim of deepening cooperation and understanding of the issues facing youths of foreign roots living in Japan. The two lunch webinars were held with respective themes of educational support and professional support.
